A 7-day immersive Qigong retreat with daily spa at the Healing Thermal Mineral Springs of Edipsos. Bathe in the Healing natural hot spring waters twice a day and enjoy QiGong practice close to nature.
Roxani has more than 20 years of experience in QiGong and her teaching is enriched by the inner directions of Nei Gong and the application of the Alexander Technique. The practice takes place outdoors where it can be combined with zen meditation watching the sun setting beyond the sea. It also includes one hiking excursion to a waterfall of unique natural beauty, where we will practice, bathe and relax connecting to the nature.
After 3 years of memorable and successful retreats we now return to the healing waters of Edipsos to refill our energy reserves and reset ourselves through the calm yet powerful healing of QiGong!

Roxani Eleni Garefalaki (b. 1983) is a Five Element Acupuncturist from Athens, Greece based in London. She is an Alexander Technique teacher MSTAT and teaches Tai Chi and QiGong emphasising on their healing and meditative properties.
